About the position
High profile, successful and growing FMCG aligned retail chain seeks a dynamic, experienced National Retail Operations Executive to work alongside the executive team to continue to expand the business.
We seek a driven, entrepreneurial, and hands-on candidate who understands every aspect of retail operations (FMCG), able to work successfully in a fluid and dynamic work environment.
The group has in excess of 60 branches and 800 staff. Regular travel is a feature of this position.
The candidate must have a suitable qualification as well as extensive senior FMCG retail operations working experience and must have a thorough understanding of:
- Retail
- Stores
- Distribution
- Merchandising
- Marketing especially Online
- IT systems
- Operational policies and admin.
