About the position

National Property Developments Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced National Property Developments Manager to lead and grow a national property development portfolio by identifying strategic development opportunities, driving project execution, and managing key stakeholder relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive strategic property development opportunities

  • Lead projects from concept and feasibility through to board approval and implementation

  • Conduct financial analysis, market research, risk assessments and due diligence

  • Present development proposals to internal committees, joint venture partners and other stakeholders

  • Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring effective risk management, profitability and successful delivery

  • Lead and develop project teams while managing relationships with clients, tenants, landlords and development partners

Minimum Requirements:
  • Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Finance, Property or related field

  • FAIS RE5 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

  • 8–10 years' experience in real estate investment and property development

  • Minimum 3 years' Senior Management experience leading teams

  • Master's degree in the Built Environment, Development Studies or MBA advantageous
