About the position

DUTIES:

Administrative Duties

  • Consolidate reports from RPM's and QAs to track performance of internal audits conducted.
  • Track external audits scores and client evaluations
  • Track corrective action by branches
  • Check PowerBi reports daily, weekly monthly and feedback / assist branches where necessary.
  • Provide feedback on actions to be taken to CNPM by exception
  • ERS report
  • KPI report
  • Recommendations and Tasks
  • Catch-up Services
  • Follow-up services / Infestation
  • Client levels
  • Pest Scan Discrepancies
  • Check and audit Portal bi-annually to ensure all HACCP clients are correctly loaded and audit ready.
  • Liaise with branches, RPM's and marketing on new marketing collateral and documentation required for servicing (e.g. date stickers)

Support & Training

  • Provide training on Portal, PowerBi reports, HACCP files and touting to new Service Coordinators and Service Managers
  • Assist in Planning monthly pest control training at Head office for sales Consultants and Service Managers
  • Assist Sales Consultants with pest knowledge and pest product information.
  • Support tender's department with surveys and information relevant to the tender Scope of Work.
  • Support branch with Site Plans and IPM files.
  • Track the PCO and Intern training is conducted and related Assessment scores
  • Drive RPM sales support to the consultants and consolidate target lists
  • Assist branches to drive leads by PCO's, together with feedback for inclusion in the monthly newsletter

Operations

  • Review and assist with pest control routing for the branches together with OT department
  • Assist branches Complete Quarterly Productivity exercise to ensure correct resources and vehicles)
  • Review stock movement in branches and flag branches with exceptional consumption.
  • Ensure PCO's have necessary tools to perform their duties by reviewing the Tools and Equipment reports
  • Check and drive compliance of scanning services on handheld
  • Assist with managing contract roll outs

Performance

  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks other than what is stated above

3 YearsService, Admin or Operations management experience
3-Day Structural pest control skills course with Pest Control Industries Training Academy (PCITA). (Advantageous)
Registered PCO Certificate (Advantageous)
