A leading building solutions and architectural systems company is looking for a versatile National Marketing Manager with strong experience in multi-channel brand development to join their team in Durban. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all online channels, including the corporate website, SEO strategies, and Google AdWords campaigns to maximize lead generation.
- Execute targeted social media strategies and marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the production and placement of print media advertisements and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and represent the company at key industry events, including trade shows and golf days.
- Maintain and update "Brand Bibles" to ensure consistent company branding across all platforms and physical assets.
- Actively network with industry stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, developers, and builders to drive specifications.
- Organize and deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations to industry professionals to position the company as a thought leader.
- Manage the distribution of newsletters and updates specifically tailored to trade customers.
- Utilize the CRM system to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline from a marketing perspective, and refine customer targeting.
- Identify new networking opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint in the KwaZulu-Natal region and nationally.
- Develop technical and promotional content for architectural and interior design audiences.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively, whether operating in a full-time or part-time capacity.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in National Marketing, preferably in building or architecture.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and professional specification processes.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords, and social media.
- Experience with website management and digital campaigns.
- Ability to maintain Brand Bibles and brand consistency.
- Competency in CRM software for lead tracking.
- Strong public speaking skills for CPD presentations.
- Proven ability to network with architects and developers.
- Excellent written communication for trade newsletters.
