SALARY PER ANNUM: R534 278.

The person in this role is responsible for the management of SAHRA's online heritage management system called SAHRIS (The South African Heritage Resources Information System), and management of the National Inventory as prescribed by Section 39 of the National Heritage Resources Act (Act 25 of 1999).
KPA 1: Management of Processes relating to management of heritage resources information.
KPA 2: Inform policy in heritage resources information management.

Management of Processes relating to management of heritage resources information:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to derive data from SAHRIS and analyses in terms of calculating figures; distribution graphs; proportions, percentages and volume.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
A valid Code EB (08) driver's license
Computer proficiency in database management and data analytics applications; as well as to general use of the packages like Excel, Word and Power Point.
