National HR & IR Manager

About the position

Requirements:

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak)
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field + Labour Law qualification (Essential)
  
  
• Minimum 10 years’ HR/IR management experience
  
  
• Solid knowledge of HR legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, etc.)
  
  
• Experience with MIBCO
  
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
  
• Automotive industry experience preferred
  
  
• Valid driver’s license
