You'll be instrumental in shaping our clients' presence across social media, websites, digital campaigns, billboards, and in-store promotions. What You'll Be Doing:
- Conceptualize & Create: Design and execute high-impact visuals across a wide array of marketing formats, including:
- Compelling social media content
- Engaging digital ads (static and animated)
- Stunning website graphics
- Impactful print and out-of-home media (billboards, flyers, in-store signage, packaging, point-of-sale)
- Dynamic 2D and 3D animations for reels, product explainers, and ads
- Own the Vision: Take full ownership of campaign visual execution, from initial concept to flawless final delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.
- Transform Objectives: Translate brand and marketing goals into aesthetically powerful, attention-grabbing visuals that perform across all platforms.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams, contributing to creative ideas, mood boards, and storyboards for integrated campaigns.
- Ensure Perfection: Deliver pixel-perfect, print-ready, and platform-compliant files, maintaining consistent tone, layout, and visual identity.
- Bring to Life: Create and animate incredible 3D assets to enhance storytelling and product visualization.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold rigorous quality control on all outputs, with an astute eye for layout, alignment, kerning, resolution, and rendering.
- Refine & Grow: Respond constructively to feedback, making thoughtful adjustments to continuously elevate the quality of your work.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia design, with proven expertise across both digital and print-based marketing.
- A strong portfolio that clearly showcases:
- Exceptional graphic design (social and static)
- Dynamic motion graphics (2D and 3D)
- Stunning 3D renders and animations
- Impactful print/out-of-home design (e.g., posters, billboards, packaging)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and a solid command of 3D software (e.g., Blender).
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and how design directly drives commercial success.
- Excellent layout, color, and typography skills, coupled with a deep commitment to visual precision and brand alignment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and formats without ever compromising on quality.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in an agency or production environment.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, InVision, or other collaborative design tools.
- Working knowledge of web or interactive media (HTML/CSS, WebGL).
- Experience designing for shopper marketing, in-store retail, or experiential campaigns.
