About the position
DUR002042 MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER – CONSTANTIA CPT
Purpose of the job:
Specialising in 3D design, the role is crucial in innovating the client’s digital offerings and setting new benchmarks in visual storytelling and interactive media.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 - 7 years of professional experience in multimedia design, with a strong focus on motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of 3D modelling and animation.
Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Design and Motion Graphics Innovation:
- Develop high-quality multimedia content, focusing on motion graphics, using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Take on more complex design tasks, possibly specializing in areas that leverage motion graphics.
- Continuously innovate and refine design techniques and workflows.
- Project Management and Execution:
- Manage complex projects from start to finish with increasing autonomy.
- Collaborate with team members to define artistic and technical directions for projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to optimize production efficiency.
- Team Collaboration and Influence:
- Contribute to mentoring junior designers and interns, cultivating a culture of learning and growth.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving and technical skills, contributing significantly to team objectives.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with web developers, marketing teams, and product owners to ensure unified and effective design solutions.
