Multi-Brand Digital Coordinator

About the position

A leading organisation is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Multi-Brand Digital Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing activities across multiple brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating social media management, paid advertising, influencer campaigns, content localisation, campaign execution and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple brand identities while ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain distinct brand positioning across multiple brands.
• Localise and adapt global content for the South African market.
• Ensure digital content aligns with each brand’s tone, identity and guidelines.
• Assist with maintaining structured content and campaign calendars.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Coordinate content rollouts across multiple brands and platforms.
• Monitor engagement and community interactions.
• Track social media growth and engagement performance.
• Assist with planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Coordinate sponsored advertising across relevant platforms.
• Monitor advertising budgets and performance metrics.
• Compile performance summaries and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships from briefing through to execution.
• Track campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Assist with partner marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across collaborations.
• Coordinate promotions and digital campaigns across multiple brands.
• Ensure alignment between marketing calendars and sales objectives.
• Support campaign rollouts from briefing through to reporting.
• Prepare post-campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate website content updates in line with campaigns.
• Ensure promotions and messaging are accurately reflected online.
• Work with internal teams and developers when required.
• Compile monthly performance reports across multiple brands.
• Track KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions and ROI.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Exposure to paid social media advertising.
• Experience coordinating influencer campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication and copy coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
• Experience working with ZOHO.
