MSP Dispatcher - Remote (South Africa) | NetOps Africa

Are you a technically-minded professional with flawless English and a knack for coordination? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and understand the inner workings of an MSP? If so, NetOps Africa wants to hear from you.

We're expanding our remote team and looking for a Service Dispatcher who will be the first point of contact for our American MSP clients. If you're not technical and don't have excellent English, this role isn't for you. Only candidates who meet both of these non-negotiables will be considered.

?? What You'll Do:

• Handle Inquiries: Promptly respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Service Dispatch: Assign service tickets to technicians efficiently and accurately.
• Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars and technician availability for optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve customer queries when possible or escalate appropriately.
• Follow-Up: Ensure customers are happy and issues are fully resolved.
• Record Keeping: Log all communication and activity in our CRM or dispatch software.
• Monitor KPIs: Keep track of response metrics and client satisfaction levels.
• Feedback Loop: Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to our service standards and policies at all times.

? You'll Stand Out If You Have:

• Prior MSP experience (required)
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting basics
• Exceptional written and spoken English (required)
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar dispatch/ticketing tools (advantageous)
• Reliable home office setup with strong internet
