About the position

Qualifications

  • 16 to 18 years of relevant experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Strong background in enterprise data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform services, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD automation, and cloud migrations.
  • Deep SQL and data modeling expertise, and experience with capacity planning and performance optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills; experience driving cross-functional programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Fabric certification(s), Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect certification, experience in large enterprise modernization and regulated industries (BFSI, Insurance).
