About the position

MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (12-Month FTC)

 

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate into functional solutions
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
  • Lead solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation
  • Provide training, user support, and post go-live support
  • Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications
  • 7–8 years’ experience in software/ERP project implementation
  • Proven experience on large-scale IT / ERP projects
  • Strong experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
    • Microsoft 365 & Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, risk management, and working in complex environments
 

Key Skills

  • Strong Business Analysis (process mapping, requirements gathering)
  • Solid project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive solutions
  • Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Understanding of ERP systems (SAP or similar)
 

Contract Details

  • 12-month FTC
  • Based in Sandton (hybrid may be considered)
