About the position
MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (12-Month FTC)
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate into functional solutions
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Lead solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation
- Provide training, user support, and post go-live support
- Drive continuous improvement and system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related
- Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications
- 7–8 years’ experience in software/ERP project implementation
- Proven experience on large-scale IT / ERP projects
- Strong experience with:
- Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Microsoft 365 & Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, risk management, and working in complex environments
Key Skills
- Strong Business Analysis (process mapping, requirements gathering)
- Solid project management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive solutions
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Contract Details
- 12-month FTC
- Based in Sandton (hybrid may be considered)
