About the position
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Deliver customer orders safely and on time using a company motorcycle.
- Collect orders from stores, restaurants, warehouses or designated collection points.
- Verify orders before leaving the collection point.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and use GPS/navigation systems efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries.
- Handle customer orders carefully to prevent damage, loss or contamination.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed according to company procedures.
- Follow all road traffic laws and motorcycle safety requirements.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip motorcycle inspections.
- Report mechanical faults, accidents, damage or safety concerns immediately.
- Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working condition.
- Refuel or recharge the motorcycle as required.
