About the position

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Mine Planner to be based at corporate office in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed underground mine plans and designs that balance safety, efficiency, and economic viability.
• Integrate geological data into mine planning to optimise resource utilisation and recovery.
• Prepare and present technical reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address planning challenges and improve operational outcomes.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Mining Engineering or Geology
• 4 years underground mine planning experience
• Strong knowledge of mine planning software RPM Global is preferred
