About the position

The candidate must demonstrate their capability to manage risks effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Improving and maintaining plant availability by managing staff and resources efficiently.

Coordinating production schedules and ensuring that production targets are met.

Implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining equipment integrity while striving for productivity and environmental sustainability.

Strong leadership.

Communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient production processes.



 


Minimum Requirements:

Blasting ticket

Mine Health and Safety knowledge and experience

Budgeting expertise

Strong understanding of the mining industry, including crushing and screening plant experience

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years

Must be willing to relocate to Marble Hall.
