Millwright

About the position

A well-established company based in Alrode is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified Millwright from the FMCG industry.
Requirements:

• Red Seal Trade Tested Millwright (essential)
• Minimum 5 years post-trade experience in an FMCG or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Must be prepared to work shifts and perform standby duties when required
• Sound knowledge of safety standards and preventative maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Supporting production with minimal downtime
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
