About the position

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in middleware and messaging platforms, preferably with BFSI exposure.
  • Proven hands-on experience administering and developing with IBM MQ and Apache Kafka.
  • Strong development skills in Java and Spring Boot; experience with Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud messaging (Azure Event Hubs, AWS MSK) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills and the ability to operate in high-pressure production environments.
