About the position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing requirements, designing system workflows, and supporting the development and implementation of software and IT solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, including issue resolution and performance monitoring.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers as required for integration or system enhancements.
Support change management and communicate updates to stakeholders.
