The Role
As the Microsoft 365 Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing the technology landscape. You’ll optimise the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem, design innovative solutions, and partner with business units to deliver measurable gains in productivity, communication, and efficiency across the entire organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support, maintenance, optimisation, and continuous evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and integrated services).
- Analyse business processes and craft practical, scalable solutions, workflows, and automations that drive efficiency and unlock value organisation-wide.
- Partner closely with stakeholders in an agile, collaborative way to translate needs into high-impact Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Provide expert guidance, hands-on training, and change support to boost adoption and empower colleagues to work smarter.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure seamless, reliable operations.
- Champion best practices and help shape how teams collaborate and innovate every day.
Who We're Looking For A technically strong, proactive problem-solver with genuine curiosity and a drive to create meaningful change. You combine deep Microsoft 365 expertise with sharp analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and development.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent certification).
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem — especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and related tools.
- Proven analytical mindset with a track record of tackling complex problems and delivering practical, high-value solutions.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with multiple business units and supporting varied teams.
