Dynamics 365 Application Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Application Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet evolving business needs. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and the implementation of solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on organizational and stakeholder requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user support requests related to Dynamics 365.
- Support data migration, integration, and system upgrade initiatives.
- Assist in building and deploying custom apps and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Document configurations, customization steps, technical solutions, and best practices.
- Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 tools and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Working knowledge of at least one module (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations).
- Understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field-or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or a specific Dynamics 365 application.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, and basic JavaScript for custom integrations and development.
- Exposure to web development and working with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in client-facing or support-oriented roles.
