Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Consultant (NAXT 365) hybrid contract (TB)

About the position

• The role is responsible for the execution of Information Technology (IT) application support function for the NAXT 365 ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics365.


• It oversees support with primary focus on finance, inventory, warehouse management, procurement and logistics.


• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting of the NAXT365 and Dynamics365 platform.


• Direct supporting the Parts, Finance and Procurement business functions.


• Provides IT application support across Southern African Countries where the company has an operational presence.


• Provide direct support and engage business users/ stakeholders regarding the logged support cases, system awareness, and knowledge building.


• Gather and document business requirements from clients.


• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (modules: finance, inventory, warehouse management, procurement and logistics) to meet business needs.


• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.


• Assist in project management tasks related to ERP implementation.


• Perform and automate system monitoring procedures from an application perspective.


• Support the other company rollouts based on support experiences gathered.


• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides based on support queries.


• Perform system unit testing, validation and deployment of new releases.

 


Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications required:

• Matric plus an IT Degree or 3 year National IT Diploma.


• ITIL certification.


• Must have Certificate: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.


• Advantageous: Certificate: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert.
