Job Description

• Administer and manage client Microsoft environments daily.
• Support client IT infrastructure using modern MSP tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and local network issues quickly.
• Configure and deploy secure Windows Server environments.
• Manage active directory, user permissions, and cloud backups.
• Resolve user support queries within agreed service levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client network configurations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, helpful communication.
• Monitor system performance to prevent potential IT downtime.
• Collaborate with friendly team members to solve technical problems.

What You Need to Apply

• A valid Microsoft IT Administration or MCSE qualification.
• Current Network N+ and A+ certifications.
• Proven experience working within a Managed Services Provider environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and networks.
• Experience with automated remote monitoring and management tools.
