About the position
Role purpose
End to end ownership of the AC/DC site power metering and billing on a national basis, while providing technical support to the finance and property departments in all technical aspects of power billing related matters, with a focus on ensuring accurate billing. This includes metering solution design requirements that will meet both the AC and DC billing requirements. The role requires focus on the various related site-specific operational and maintenance requirements to ensure the effective and accurate billing of the owned, managed and supported power infrastructure.

- Proven track record on key outputs and related disciplines.
- Proven track record of the ability to apply technical knowledge in the analyses of accurate comparisons and reviews of various solution designs and the development of realistic return on investment operational financial models.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Grade 12 is essential.
- Possessing a 3-year related qualification, such as a diploma or bachelor's degree, would be advantageous (preference for an electrical qualification)
- Minimum of 5 years of either electrical or power metering design and implementation of metering and billing solutions, with hands-on working experience on the design and maintenance of multi-tenant, combined metering systems.
