Salary: R13,000 per month basic + bonus & uncapped commission (OTE R25,000+) About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Merchant Onboarding Administrator to join our expanding [Email Address Removed]'ll be responsible for supporting the onboarding of UK-based businesses that have signed up for our payment solutions - helping them go live quickly and smoothly. Your role will involve reviewing applications, collecting required documentation, liaising with clients, and ensuring each merchant is onboarded in line with compliance and company expectations. You'll work closely with your team and management to deliver a seamless experience from sign-up to activation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in administration, customer service, or the payments industry - and includes a bonus and uncapped commission structure worth around R12,000 per month.
