A Specialist Medical Practice in Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced medical receptionist, who has an endearing and compassionate nature, well suited to working within a high paced medical practice.

Requirements:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and kind manner, whether in person or telephonically.
• Schedule appointments and capture patient information.
• Attend to patient enquiries.
• Run an efficient diary and appointment schedule.
• Uphold the ethos and vision of the practice.
• Keep reception area tidy and clean.
• Attend to medical aid authorisations.
• Typing of clinical reports
• General administration

Qualification:

• Matric
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist position
• Microsoft office suite experience and computer literate
