• Medical degree (MBChB or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of experience in a Medical Affairs role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in conducting training and mentoring team members.
• Proven involvement in product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of marketing insights and strategy alignment.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a training team effectively.
• Comfortable liaising with Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams.
