About the position
My client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with other Engineering Managers to support various engineering projects and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for engineering.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.
- 10 Years' experience in mechanical engineering in the manufacturing industry.
- 5 years' experience in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as CAD, MATLAB, or similar
- Working towards achieving C.C. (factories) within 3 years is a MUST.
- Solid understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist engineering managers in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects and effective maintenance programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support equipment maintenance planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop engineering solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering reports, documentation, and technical
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations to evaluate design feasibility and

- Conduct inspections and quality control checks on all engineering tasks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
