An established growing on-site engineering services company in Gauteng currently focused on providing on-site machining services and selling of portable engineering equipment from leading overseas manufacturers is looking for a youthful, ambitious, creative and results oriented leader-chief executive officer. The company is active in South Africa, West Africa and East Africa. The following requirements are a must:
1. B.Eng Mechanical engineering degree.
2. 10 Years management experience in a mechanical engineering environment.
3. Strong engineering design aptitude.
4. Proven customer and sales orientation.
5. Deep project management experience.
6. Exposure to doing business on the Africa continent.
7. An understanding of doing business with government and parastatals in RSA.
8. Appreciation of stock management in the environment where products need to be imported from abroad.
9. A leader and motivator of people.
10. A can-do attitude.
11. Creative entrepreneur with a strong aptitude for business.
