As a Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production.
You'll play a key role in optimizing machinery, improving production workflows, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
- Analyse manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings, process flow diagrams, and maintenance plans.
- Manage small to medium engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for equipment procurement and services.
