About the position
Design, develop, and improve mechanical products and solutions while ensuring efficient project execution and on-site support
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years' experience in mechancial engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred)
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Knowledge of crushing equipment advantageous
- Valid driver's license, own transport, and passport
- Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods
Key Performance Areas:
- Mechanical design, value engineering, and product development
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and design validation
- Compilation of drawings, Bill of Materials, and specifications
- On-site research, process verification, and sample testing
- Project management and on-site equipment commissioning
- Compilation of client manuals, reports, and technical documentation
- Engineering change management and non-conformance handling
