About the position

Design, develop, and improve mechanical products and solutions while ensuring efficient project execution and on-site support

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years' experience in mechancial engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD & Inventor preferred)
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Knowledge of crushing equipment advantageous
  • Valid driver's license, own transport, and passport
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods

Key Performance Areas:

  • Mechanical design, value engineering, and product development
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and design validation
  • Compilation of drawings, Bill of Materials, and specifications
  • On-site research, process verification, and sample testing
  • Project management and on-site equipment commissioning
  • Compilation of client manuals, reports, and technical documentation
  • Engineering change management and non-conformance handling
