About the position
Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join a professional team in Cape Town. This opportunity is suited to a technically capable individual with solid Revit and AutoCAD experience who enjoys working across a diverse range of building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and technical drawings.
- Work on a variety of building projects, including (but not limited to) :
- Retail Developments
- Commercial/ office developments
- High-rise residential buildings
- Hotel developments
Requirements:
- 3+ years' relevant BIM Modelling experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Formal or specialised BIM training would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to technical work.
