About the position
We are looking to hire a mechanic to maintain and service our fleet of refrigerated articulated trailers including Carrier and ThermoKing, The applicant must be experienced in routine service and maintainence and in diagnosing problems. A full checkable employment history with all qualification papers available for viewing. Applicant must be over 25 with a full Code 14 E+C license for insurance as a fully fitted out company vehicle will be supplied and travel to our off site depot will also be required,
we can also help with accommodation as in a room to yourself in a house shared with other Aidan Doherty staff. this accommodation is only temporary until such time as you are self sufficient, Cost of this room is 40 euro per week approx 80 rand.
we are also looking for 2 drivers with a full Code 14 E+C driving License for Night Time distribution to Supermarkets in the Munster and Connaught areas of ireland

About The Employer:
We are a family run company based in Tipperary Town Ireland our work is mostly Supermarket Distribution night work. We currently have a number of South African drivers employed here with us.
Mr Aidan Doherty started this company in 1996 with small van, and he has built this up now to a fleet of 42 trucks and 60 Trailers
The Mechanic work will be based at our depot in Tipperary Town, from here they will oversee the maintainence of the fleet of refrigerated trailers.
The drivers we are looking for will be for the Night Time distribution Service
