Responsibilities: Quality Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of meat casings, examining factors such as texture, colour, and size to verify compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Grading and Sorting: Accurately categorize meat casings into grades according to predefined criteria, and efficiently sort them for further processing or packaging. Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of inspected casings, including the grade assigned, quantities inspected, and any defects identified. Quality Control : Continuously monitor the quality of casings and report any issues or deviations from the quality standards to the supervisor or quality control department.
