Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a services marketing team
Job Summary: The Marketing Sales Team Administrative Support will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the marketing and sales teams. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, liaising with external agencies, updating sales pipeline trackers, and assisting with marketing coordination-related activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage related documentation.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Update and maintain sales pipeline trackers (VPC, MSD , QBE) and other relevant databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the marketing team with campaign coordination, including tracking progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing coordination and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes related to raising POs and budgeting.
