About the position

The Training Solutions division has a vacant position of a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, execution, optimisation and continuous improvement of data-driven, digitally enabled marketing strategies for the Training Solutions division. The role combines strategic marketing planning, advanced digital campaign execution, performance analytics and continuous optimisation to maximise reach, engagement, lead generation and return on marketing investment. The position also oversees the marketing team and ensures the accuracy, consistency and quality of all marketing materials produced.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans, calendars and performance indicators aligned to divisional objectives.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns end-to-end, including bidding, performance analysis, budget control, campaign lifecycle management, and accurate reporting of spend and results.
  • Develop and execute content strategies across digital, social media, email and traditional marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance using analytics and reporting tools and implement optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, governance standards and procurement policies.
  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations.
  • Leverage marketing technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement lead nurturing campaigns and marketing dashboards.
  • Supervise, coordinate and support the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, paid advertising and marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-platform digital campaigns and fixed budgets.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capability.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital advertising platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, allocations and reconciliations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, marketing automation and AI-enabled optimisation tools.
