Position Overview:
They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to strengthen the sales operations and marketing presence. This role is critical in ensuring smooth client interactions, accurate documentation, and effective promotion of the company's services across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Prepare and compile quotes, tenders, and proposals in line with client requirements
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities
Marketing & Advertising:
- Manage day-to-day advertising activities across digital and traditional platforms
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or administration (mining or industrial sector experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
