Marketing Manager - Property, Rivonia, Johannesburg
Salary: R35,000 per month

A fabulous Corporate Real Estate firm is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their progressive team, areas of speciality include Auction, Commercial Broking and Advisory; we are looking for a commercial brain to bringing energy, creativity and marketing expertise to this growing brand.

Key Responsibilities include:
Paid Media Execution & Optimisation

• Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more.
• Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to enhance ROI.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align on targeting and campaign strategy.

Channel Operations Management

• Take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations across:
• Email marketing & newsletters
• Social media scheduling and coordination
• PR delivery in partnership with our PR agency
• Podcast uploads, edits, and distribution
• Marketing board management (internal & external)
• Website updates via CMS
• Rollout of new marketing initiatives

Execution & Implementation

• Support the rollout of campaigns-sending mailers, publishing content, and briefing external partners.
• Work across teams and with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver regular performance reports across all marketing channels.
• Use data to guide strategy, optimise campaigns, and drive better marketing outcomes.

In order to be successful in this role you will require:

• 5 years of marketing experience (property industry experience is a bonus)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms
• Proficiency in marketing tools (CMS, email platforms, analytics)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Highly organised and results-driven
