Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive business growth, and support sales objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven background in FMCG marketing and be passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Brand Team while working closely with the Sales department.
- Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and manage marketing analytics and reporting across multiple platforms, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Partner with digital, web, and performance marketing teams to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee the creation of advertising, promotional, print, digital, and video marketing assets.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets, events, promotional activities, and sales support initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through performance tracking and optimisation.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign results, budgets, and recommendations to senior management.
- Perform additional duties related to the role as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' Marketing Management experience within an FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Established media contacts will be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Strong commercial understanding and strategic marketing capability.
