Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Oversee end-to-end product campaigns, from conceptualization and product launches to post-campaign analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to align brand messaging and commercial goals.
- Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Lead and mentor internal creative team members or manage external agency relationships.
Requirements- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a highly relevant field is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in brand or marketing management.
- Industry Background: A solid, mandatory background within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving successful product-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
