Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Scheduling Software, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership
Responsibilities:
- Develop and run the marketing strategy to steer the marketing plan
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, video, and traditional marketing
- Manage market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
- Update the executive committee on marketing initiatives and develop initiatives for order conversion and lead generation
- Lead internal and external event planning
- Review the performance of the team through their KPIs
- Develop new campaigns and report on progress
- Develop and run marketing campaigns to reach the marketing plan, focusing on customer loyalty, brand and product confidence, customer investment, brand value, supplier brand confidence, supplier promotion, and staff confidence
