About the position

Well-established company based in Durban is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team!
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing is essential

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, identify trends, and analyze competitor activity
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.)
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content, including copy, visuals, and videos
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Lead and support the marketing team through guidance, coaching, and performance management
• Communicate marketing strategies, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and foster brand loyalty
• Partner with the sales team to support sales efforts and drive business growth
