The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a creative team to cover all forms of marketing of the company, including the business's owned digital platforms and the digital marketing strategy for all its products. The successful candidate will also need to coordinate events, radio and print campaigns, giveaways, and donations in an effort to further expand the company's brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing management in E-Commerce
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or demonstrable marketing skills/knowledge.
- Firm grasp of SEO best practices.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Google AdWords experience.
- Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Phone)
- Excellent English language skills.
- Team management skills.
- Understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.
- Implement Systems and Processes
- Graphic Design or Web Design Skills advantageous.
Duties:
- Manage a creative team to strategically drive the brand awareness and growth of the company and its products.
- Managing all marketing channels including social media, newsletters, print advertising, radio campaigns, in-store and external events, giveaways and donations.
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Building and managing Google Adwords campaigns and measuring the success of the campaigns using Google Analytics.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against annual goals set out by the CEO.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, both online and in the physical stores.
- Work with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories during the appropriate seasons throughout the year.
