About the position

We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager who will drive the organization's growth and profitability through effective marketing strategies. 

What you’ll do:



  • Driving business success through strategic marketing initiatives

  • Managing key projects and events using sound project methodologies

  • Industry knowledge and expertise (MMM, Manufacturing, OG, Telco's etc.)

  • Marketing and Communications software tools and platform management

  • Website Social Media oversights

  • Personal Information breach monitoring

  • Brand strategy development

  • Commercial strategies related to marketing and brand (budget and cost management incl)

  • Impact and improve volume growth through related marketing and brand strategies

  • Customer, communication, and Competence focus for value creation

  • Collateral Custodian

  • Collaboration and leverage of the 1 iOCO base


Your expertise:



  • 5 - 8 yrs Role Specific Functional Related Experience

  • 3 - 5 yrs Project / Other Major Campaign or Event Experience

  • > 10 yrs Leading Team


Qualifications:



  • B Com Hons (Marketing Management)  and/or Post Graduate - Qualification in one/combination of Marketing Management, Digital Marketing Management, PR Media training.

  • Minimum qualifications - BCom Marketing Management
