About the position
                                        Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Group's marketing strategy across all business divisions. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, integrating growth and performance marketing to drive measurable results. The focus is on building a consistent brand presence, optimising lead generation, and ensuring marketing contributes directly to revenue and business growth.
As a small-to-medium diversified group, the position requires versatility, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach to both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads across digital and traditional channels.
- Design, monitor, and optimise conversion funnels (awareness ? lead ? client ? repeat) across all brands.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to guide marketing spend.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue targets and measure lead-to-sale conversions.
- Product Marketing
- Deeply understand the Group's diverse products to create compelling value propositions and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a structured product marketing calendar aligned with divisional business priorities.
- Create and oversee the production of all marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, videos, social content, etc.).
- Ensure that all marketing materials remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Regularly review campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow the Group's digital ecosystem (websites, social media, SEO, email, paid media).
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic reach, visibility, and lead quality.
- Lead the content strategy for digital channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Continuously improve website functionality and user experience to support lead generation.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM integration to streamline campaign tracking and reporting.
- Brand & Communications
- Uphold and evolve the corporate identity and brand positioning across all Group entities.
- Ensure consistent tone, style, and messaging across all communications.
- Manage internal communications in support of organisational culture and key initiatives.
- Handle PR and media relationships to enhance the Group's visibility and reputation.
- Events & CSR
- Identify and manage attendance at relevant industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Plan and execute internal and external marketing events with measurable business outcomes.
- Identify CSR partnerships that align with Group values and manage communication around these initiatives.
- Reporting, Budgets & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets across all divisions.
- Track spend versus performance to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, ensuring quality, consistency, and accountability.
Required Skills & Competencies  
- Proven experience in growth and performance marketing with measurable business results.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent content creation and creative direction capabilities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.
Qualifications & Experience  
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a multi-brand or group environment.
- Demonstrated success in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration advantageous.
