About the position
Multi Country Marketing Program Planning & Execution
- Supporting the South, Southern and East Africa cluster (SEA), the role is to Plan, manage and deliver high-quality data driven marketing programs in multiple countries.
- Manage agency delivery in relation to the marketing programs – creative & media
- Project management related to marketing programs.
- Manage budget plans and provide timely updates and budget tracking.
- Share best practices and successful programs within the COMPANY Marketing community.
- Manage all reporting requirements and provide timely feedback to key stakeholders.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute high quality, data led and digital first market wide campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Develop business cases for campaigns and seek alignment and approvals from multiple stakeholders.
- Develop end-to-end communication plans which align with key measurement metrics.
- Ensure campaigns resonate deeply with target audiences while retaining global messaging integrity.
- Partner with integrated marketing teams to execute seamless multi-channel localized campaigns.
- Manage and track campaign and content performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and country management teams, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

- Should understand key P&L drivers and leveraging the relevant aspects to build effective business cases.
- Project management skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated Experience (skills - professional, technical, business)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a services marketing team (preferably with experience in Southern Africa and East African markets).
- Demonstrated marketing strategy and campaign management, particularly in digital and partnerships.
- Demonstrated selling skills and client engagement skills.
- Analytical skills to establish, track and improve KPIs and return on investment and other measurement tools.
- Negotiation skills
- Is a strong team player, able to work on multiple projects and in a multi-functional team
- Personal resilience – able to maintain an emotional balance in the face of pressure and high-performance expectation.
- Is comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on, growth orientated work environment, must be adaptive to change

This is a hybrid position. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office four set days a week (Monday - Thursday),
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a services marketing team
