About the position
Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced organisation looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
? 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in a leadership or strategic capacity.
? Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
? Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
? Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
? Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
? Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
? Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities.
? Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
? Experience managing agencies and/or marketing teams will be advantageous.
