Marketing Generalist required for Multinational tech company.
Our client, a fast growing, UK based, multinational technology company is looking for a tech savvy Marketing Generalist to join their high performance team. The position, based in Cape Town, is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual to work closely with the CEO and the Sales Professionals to achieve increased market share through innovative Marketing practices.
Minimum requirements for your application to be considered for the position are as follows:
Marketing Degree/Diploma.
3 -5 years generalist Marketing experience in a B2B environment with exposure to:
- WebSite Development in Wordpress (CMS, Landing pages, Microsites, Templates,Styles, Basic HTML & CSS)
- Salesforce CRM
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign)
- Email Marketing programs
- SEO and SEM
- Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Website Optimizer,Keyword Tool, URL Builder)
- Web 2.0 and Social Networks (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, YouTube)
- Brand Management
Your Key Responsibility Areas will include, but not be limited to:
- Development and management of lead generation strategies
- Brainstorming of new and creative growth strategies
- Utilisation of strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
- Management of organic and sponsored social media activity including LinkedIn & other selected social media brands
- Management of marketing automation activities in CRM / Campaign Software
- Contribution to visual and written marketing content creation such as blogs, graphics, adverts, banners, websites, landing pages, platform-based videos, email marketing etc.
- Tracking, measuring and reporting marketing metrics for all activities and assessment against goals (ROI or KPI)
- Planning, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests
- Collaboration with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Participation and collaboration in partner marketing and vendor initiatives
