Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our experienced and strategic Head of Marketing, supporting content creation, social media, email marketing, campaign delivery, and more.
What You'll Be Doing:
Content & Campaigns
- Create and schedule engaging content for our website, blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design on-brand visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Help plan and deliver our marketing calendar with fresh, targeted ideas
Email Marketing & Automation
- Assist in building, segmenting, and sending campaigns via CRM and Apollo
- Track performance metrics like opens, clicks, and conversions
- Report on results and suggest improvements
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule LinkedIn content and campaigns
- Engage with audiences, track responses, and help grow our community
- Monitor inbound leads and conversations
Lead Management & Reporting
- Qualify and pass on leads to our recruitment consultants
- Maintain clean records of lead activity and results
- Support with monthly reporting and campaign performance analysis
Research & Collaboration
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and industry trends
- Contribute ideas that help sharpen our marketing strategy
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
- Confident with writing copy and designing visuals
- Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using email marketing and CRM tools (e.g. Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Bonus: Experience in lead generation or B2B campaigns
