About the position

Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing related field
• At least 10 years experience in marketing/brand development work experience in relevant roles
• Travel and tourism experience preferred but not essential

• Graphic Designer
• Web Developer

Main purpose of the role

• Manage end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for all VillageNLife (VNL) hotels and brands. This will include and cover:
  o Custodianship of each hotel and brand in terms of brand position and brand bible
  o Design and production of all brand creative content and collateral
  o Management of all digital channels including:
  ? Websites
  ? Social Media Accounts
  ? Google ad Spend
  ? Influencer collaborations and agreements
  ? Search Engine Optimisation and management
  ? Email campaigns and communications
  ? Relationship with TDMC and any other external agency relationships
  o Management of Leisure Club and CRM solutions including email marketing and strategy campaigns
  o Providing content support to sales teams responsible for OTA's, OTO's and traditional trade relationships
  o Overseeing and supporting hotel/property driven marketing initiatives ('Dot Marketing' activities)
  o Overseeing and supporting closed group marketing initiatives - cars, golf, cycling, sporting events etc.
  o Overseeing and supporting the development of all packaging and direct marketing / sales campaigns
  o Oversee and manage the Marketing of all group event capabilities including the support of sales and marketing to all Professional Conference Organisers
• Managing end to end marketing budgets and marketing spend related decisions including the setting of budgets and the tracking of actual spend against budget and efficiencies achieved.
• Understanding and participating in setting rate strategy and architecture
