Job Description
- Run day-to-day posts and campaigns across social media channels and digital platforms.
- Check incoming customer messages daily across website forms, email inboxes, and WhatsApp.
- Pass qualified customer inquiries directly to the regional sales team without delay.
- Help prepare eye-catching product brochures, customer newsletters, and digital promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing regional farmer field days, technical workshops, and agricultural expos.
- Update product details, educational news, and regular content updates on the company website.
- Track marketing response times and campaign lead numbers for weekly team meetings.
What You Need to Apply
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- One to three years of practical experience in digital media or marketing coordination.
- Working knowledge of social media business tools, Canva, or basic design software.
- Practical familiarity with email campaigns, contact forms, or customer management systems.
- Clear, professional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability to track tasks and meet deadlines on time.
- A positive attitude, genuine willingness to learn, and great team spirit.
